The University of California has released a detailed update to an earlier proposal to expand the annual curtailment program in fiscal 2020-2021 in an effort to preserve employee jobs and benefits. No final decisions have been made.

We understand that any discussion of curtailments or furloughs raises concerns. The university is still accepting comments on these draft proposals through Monday. Comments are held in confidence and shared without identifying information with the Office of the President. Please submit your feedback by Nov. 2.
