Dear Colleagues,
 
Staying connected, being available and maintaining a dialogue with you is important to us, particularly now, given our ongoing physical distancing arrangements. To that end, we are piloting bi-weekly employee town halls using an informal drop-in approach, beginning next week (see dates below) to discuss topics and answer questions that are top of mind for you. We envision rotating leaders on campus to answer questions from faculty and staff related to areas including but not limited to the following:
 
  • COVID-19 response and planning
  • Staff curtailment/furlough
  • Fiscal status
  • Workforce planning
  • Campus climate and employee engagement
 
Our plan is to continue these meetings as long as they continue to feel helpful to you. Below is our schedule for the first month of meetings.
