NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WORKPLACE EXPOSURE TO COVID-19
 
The University of California, Merced has received notice that an individual infected with COVID-19 was present at the UC Merced Campus during the following periods:

If you were in a worksite where a potential exposure occurred, it doesn’t necessarily mean you were exposed. If you require quarantine as a close contact, a member of the UC Merced COVID Response Center will contact you directly. A close contact is defined as someone within 6 feet of an infected person for at least 15 minutes cumulative over 24 hours.
 
If you believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please schedule a COVID-19 test as soon as possible. Follow these instructions if you are experiencing symptoms, or these instructions if you do not have any symptoms. Do not come to campus if you have any of these symptoms .
